William Ohs is seeking full-time Dealer Service Representatives to join our team and grow our legacy of providing the highest quality customer and technical service in residential kitchens since 1972. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management for countrywide Dealer network
- Safeguard Designer satisfaction with products or services
- Design support to include product knowledge, industry basics, order writing and design drawings/product details.
- Provide support to other project and engineering team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to answer high volumes of calls and/or emails on a daily basis.
- Ability to share work with other company team members.
- Time-management skills
- Attentiveness and patience with Designers, technicians, and other team members
additional details
- Basic knowledge of AutoCad
- Basic knowledge with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ease of learning new programs related to order writing and design.
