William Ohs is seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen & Bath designer to be based out of our Denver, Colorado showroom. We welcome applications from all experienced candidates who are motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and sell new projects to homeowners, builders and interior designers
- Work with clients to confirm all details of the projects and place orders with various manufacturers
- Communicate with builder on project timeline to ensure timely deliveries and installation
- Work with project managers and installers to manage jobs through the completion of the project
REQUIREMENTS
- Meaningful experience in the design, sales, and project management processes of custom residential cabinetry
- A motivation to sell and passion for high end design
- Excellent organization, planning, and scheduling skills
- Enthusiasm for networking and lead generation both locally and regionally with potential clients and industry partners
- A self starter who is able to create lasting relationships with clients and team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
additional details
- Minimum 3 years design / sales experience - preferably with project lead experience
- Knowledge of Autocad; knowledge of rendering software a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Degree or certificate in Interior / Kitchen design or equivalent experience
